New Individuals with Disabilities Self-ID Form
The OFCCP has released a revised Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability Form (CC-305) for federal contractors/subcontractors. The form has been streamlined to be one page which the Agency thinks will help to increase the voluntary response rate. Federal contractors/subcontractors will have until August 4, 2020, to implement the new form for their applicant and employee systems. The form also is available in Spanish and other languages and has a new expiration date of 5/3

I-9 Policy Update
In light of the constantly changing circumstances such as stay-at-home orders due to COVID-19, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has issued a temporary policy regarding documents required to complete Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification. List B of Form I-9 requires employees to present certain identity documents. Veteran Hiring Benchmark Change
The OFCCP’s veteran hiring benchmark has decreased again, from 5.9% to 5.7%. This updated percentage should be used on Affirmative Action Plans dated March 31, 2020 or later. Federal contractors should take note, as the OFCCP is currently conducting VEVRAA focused reviews. It is possible that the agency will look carefully at the date of the affirmative action plans to determine to which benchmark percentage they will compare the establishment’s hiring rates.
