Why Arbor

Arbor is referred to as the “gold standard” by leading AA attorneys

Consultant

and

Partner

Expert

Guidance

Arbor partners with you and your organization to prevent your federal contracts from being placed at risk from OFCCP interventions and audits. We also work to protect your organization from related HR practices.

We guide and coach you with expert advice and consultation – as much or as little as your organization needs – on a range of HR risk management topics.

When the C-suite or a Board member asks a challenging question, Arbor will help you figure out how to respond, taking into consideration costs, risks, time, effort and more – strategic responses that C-suite and Board members want to hear.

Our business model is one of consulting on federal contractor compliance and HR risk management, not selling software.

We do not take data and just run it through software and spit out boilerplate – we actually make sense of and clean up your data before we run required analyses.

We work with five different software products, as no one software product provides the level of analysis needed.

We do not charge membership fees – you pay only for what you need and use.

Compliance Beyond the

AAP

Strategic

Legal

Defense

We write AAPs that are compliant and legally defensible.

Compliance beyond the AAP means knowing the regulations and building your systems, processes, training, etc. to follow.  We help many organizations do that and we do it particularly well.

OFCCP Audit

Track

Record

Stellar

Arbor’s track record involving OFCCP audits is stellar – we know what it takes to get the audit closed in the least amount of time possible, with the most attention paid to reducing risk.

Even in highly contentious audit situations, Arbor is recognized for exceptionally positive results.
