Safer Federal Workforce Task Force Guidance for Federal Contractors/Subcontractors
Federal Contractors (also includes subcontractors) will be required to mandate vaccinations of “covered” employees, except those with a legally entitled accommodation. Some things to note: Covered employees must be fully vaccinated no later than December 8, 2021. Applies to new, revised, renewed or modified federal contracts (subcontracts). It is not retroactive. EEO-1 Filing Deadline Extended Again to October 25, 2021
ATTENTION EMPLOYERS: The EEOC has announced that the deadline for filing EEO-1 reports has been extended to Monday, October 25. This is for both the 2019 and 2020 EEO-1 Component 1 reports. OFCCP Publishes 2021 Corporate Scheduling Announcement List (CSAL)
Earlier today OFCCP published their 2021 Corporate Scheduling Announcement List (CSAL). Contractors on this list can expect either a Compliance Review (Establishment Review), Corporate Management Compliance Evaluation (CMCE), Functional Affirmative Action Program (FAAP) review, or a University Review.
