Update Your EEOC Posters

On October 19, 2022 the EEOC released a new poster titled “Know Your Rights: Workplace Discrimination is Illegal” which replaces the previous “EEO is the Law” poster. Covered employers are required to prominently display the poster in a conspicuous location in the workplace where notices to applicants and employees are customarily posted. Covered employers are also encouraged to post the notice digitally on their web sites. Covered employers are subject to fines for noncompliance.
