It’s (mostly) business as usual at the OFCCP, even during this global coronavirus pandemic. Audit notices are still going out, and the OFCCP has said it will continue compliance reviews, focused reviews, and complaint investigations via video or phone conference. The OFCCP also recently said it will be flexible with reasonable extensions, and contractors may reach out to their local point of contact to discuss their ability to respond to OFCCP requests. According to the National Industry Liaison Group (NILG), the OFCCP will institute several automatic extensions for audit-related submissions. Contractors who know they are on one of the OFCCP’s audit lists and would like a copy of the Scheduling Letter e-mailed to them, if they are working off-site, should provide contact information to the applicable Regional Director, and copy Deputy Director Patricia Davidson.
