New Minimum Wage for Federal Contractors

Attention federal contractors: Effective January 30, 2022 the minimum wage for employees working on federal contracts will increase to $15 per hour. Federal contractors must have the new minimum wage implemented into new contracts by March 30, 2022. For existing contracts, the higher wage must be implemented when parties exercise their option to extend such contracts.
