EEO-1 Reporting Portal Still Closed Despite Upcoming March 30 Deadline
The deadline for companies to file their 2019 EEO-1 reports is near, but the portal is not open. The EEOC is still waiting for approval from the Office of Management and Budget to disconnect from the previous year’s Component 2 data, and to collect only Component 1 race and gender data for 2019, 2020, and 2021.
