Audit Support

• Full service audit preparation and follow through from the moment the OFCCP letter or call is received through the final progress report, if necessary. This includes on-site training, pre-audit reviews, design of audit strategy and personal facilitation of the on-site portion of the OFCCP audit and any necessary negotiation. Audit support also includes interfacing with in-house or outside counsel and corporate Human Resources functions and assuring a unified audit strategy and approach.

• Pre-audit reviews to assure compliance with Federal contractor requirements, including review of personnel files, I-9's, posters, outreach efforts and management sampling for audit readiness.

• Executive briefings and management training on a variety of AA/EEO topics, including what it means to be a Federal contractor, preparation for management audit interviews, coaching on the audit entrance and exit interview and applicant flow issues.

• Investigations of any alleged violations resulting from an OFCCP audit, EEOC charges or sexual harassment complaints.
