Affirmative Action Plan Preparation & Implementation

• Preparation of Women & Minorities AAP, Vets & Disabled AAP and Support Data.

• Multiple conference calls between Arbor consultants and client contact(s) on data, narrative and implementation issues to transfer specialized knowledge and assure a more effective defense strategy on AAP's.

• Review of client data for formatting, increased accuracy and completeness.

• Review of Federal contractor or subcontractor requirements beyond just the preparation of the AAP, such as required posters, ad language and state unemployment postings.

• Sample forms, checklists, letters, policies, language and announcements that can assist in the implementation of Federal contractor requirements.

• Follow-up conference call, when the AAP's are completed and delivered, to review with the client any issues identified during the preparation of the AAP's that may require special attention during the AAP year or that may be audit concerns.

• Project start up sessions to review the number of establishments and which employees will be included where; the job group structure and what employee populations will be included in the AAP's.
